The practical details to know before your first delivery.
Does my client need a Zavimi account?
No. Your client opens a review link in their browser and sees only the delivery you chose to share.
What files can I review?
Zavimi prepares review previews for JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files. Images can be up to 500 MiB; PDFs can be up to 1 GiB and 1,000 pages.
What happens when a client requests changes?
That delivery becomes a read-only record and the project returns to you. You can work through the open pins, add a new version, and send the next delivery.
Can clients download the original files?
Only when you choose. Originals stay private by default; after approval, you can release one protected download for the files in that delivery.
How private is a review link?
A link exposes one delivery—not your workspace or internal versions. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked or replaced.
How much does Zavimi cost?
