Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar storage used on zavimi.com, the Zavimi application, and client-review pages. A cookie is a small value a website asks a browser to store and send with later requests. Local storage is a similar browser feature, but the browser does not send it automatically with every request.
1. Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports security, account sessions, requested review sessions, and remembering your privacy choice. It is not used for advertising. Zavimi can use it without optional consent because the requested site or service cannot work correctly without it.

2. Optional measurement
Optional tools stay off until you choose Allow optional tracking. Rejecting them has no effect on site features, signup, or the Zavimi application.

3. Your choice
On your first visit, the banner gives equally available choices to reject or allow optional tracking. Nothing optional loads before a choice. Use Cookie choices in the footer at any time to change it. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting: choosing reject after accepting immediately reloads the page without the optional scripts. You can also remove browser data in your browser settings.
The required checkbox on account signup acknowledges this Cookie Policy; it does not enable optional tracking. Your optional choice is made only through the cookie banner on the public website.
4. Who is responsible

5. Changes
We review this policy when the technologies or providers change and at least annually. A material change to optional tracking will expire the saved choice so the website can ask again before loading it.
